What’s on offer?

What hours will you be working?
35-40 hours per week including evenings and weekends with flexible shifts.

What you’ll be doing as a Duty Manager
We are now seeking a Duty Manager to enhance our team, and help us be the best at what we do. You will oversee the day-to-day activities of the front of house team, be knowledgeable about all the products on offer in the bar and restaurant areas and be able to make recommendations and upsell. Most of all you love to look after people, understand what makes them happy and have the desire to make someone’s day.

Alfreds is a unique bar and dining experience. People can relax in the outside seating area, or enjoy signature cocktails alongside some cracking food. Alfreds has a casual laid back atmosphere, where customers can enjoy a spot of lunch, maybe a few drinks after work, or meeting friends in the evening.

Established in 1863, Hydes Brewery is based in Manchester has expanded to include a portfolio of nearly 50 restaurants, pubs, bars, and hotels, and continues to grow, while still retaining its family feel. We have pubs across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and throughout Cheshire including Chester and Wrexham and some in the Wirral, near Liverpool.
