Duty Manager
Gost, Glasgow
We're on the hunt for a Duty Manager to join the team at Gost, located right in the heart of Glasgow.
This isn't your average shift-running role. Gost is all about the details, perfectly cooked steak, wine pairings that actually mean something, and an experience that keeps guests coming back. We need someone who gets excited about that too.
What you'll be doing:
- Running shifts front to back, keeping the floor sharp and the guest experience spot on
- Working closely with the team to nail service, timing, and that all-important wine and steak pairing knowledge
- Bringing your own creative flair, we want ideas, not just someone to follow a script
- Leading, coaching, and developing the front of house team day to day
- Being the calm, confident presence on the floor when things get busy
- Carrying out daily opening and closing duties, and ensuring compliance with company standards, health & safety, and licensing requirements

- Flexibility to work evenings, late nights, and weekends
