About The Role

The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is looking for a dynamic and energetic Duty Manager, who is Responsible for the overall operation of the front office and assuming responsibility for the hotel, with a passion for creating memorable moments, attention to detail, and personalised guest service.

Duties of the Duty Manager

  • Oversee front office and duty management operations, ensuring smooth shift handovers and full responsibility for the hotel when on duty
  • Lead, train, coach, and supervise the front office team, ensuring high standards of service and compliance with policies
  • Manage guest experience end-to-end, handling enquiries, complaints, VIPs, groups, and special occasions to drive satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure operational accuracy across reservations, billing, audits, reports, safety, security, and legal requirements
  • Maximise occupancy, revenue, and profitability through effective communication, up-selling, promotions, and collaboration with all departments

Key Information

  • Salary: £32000 pa + incentives
  • Address: SW10 0XG
  • Working Pattern: 2 days on / 2 days off, 12-hour shifts (includes 1 hour unpaid break)
