AG Hotels Group is currently seeking an experienced Duty Manager - Front of House to join our team at Casa Mere Hotel, Knutsford.
As the Duty Manager - Front of House, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the reception, managing staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the face of the hotel, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Lead and motivate the reception team to deliver outstanding service and uphold our standards.
- Oversee the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy and take on few reception shifts as per the business needs.
- Resolve guest issues with tact and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
- Efficiently manage staff schedules to meet operational demands.
- Conduct training sessions for the reception team, emphasizing service excellence and brand standards.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and address challenges promptly.
- Uphold high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Help in other departments when required.

Qualifications Required

- Proven experience in a reception or front-of-house management role in a similar role.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, Rezlynx or similar).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The candidate should be flexible working on weekends and bank holidays.
