STACK is opening a brand-new location in Wigan, and we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Management Team to join us and help bring the venue to life.
We’re looking for passionate hospitality professionals across all management levels, from Senior Management through to Duty Management, who can take charge of the day-to-day operation, lead from the front and ensure we deliver the exceptional guest experience STACK is known for.
The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading and motivating the team, maintaining high standards and making sure every guest has an experience to remember.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, a hands-on approach and a real passion for hospitality. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, energetic environment while supporting the overall success of the venue.
We’re looking for managers who are confident, enthusiastic and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment — people who can inspire their teams, stay calm under pressure and always lead by example.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
