Description

Imagine being at the heart of a luxury hotel, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of every guest, colleague, and asset. As Duty Security Officer, you’ll take a proactive role in maintaining the highest standards of security, fire safety, and health & safety, while supporting a welcoming and safe environment for all.

Each day is an opportunity to observe, respond, and lead with vigilance, while helping your team grow, follow best practices, and deliver excellence in every aspect of hotel safety.

What You Will Do In This Splendid Role

You’ll bring focus, vigilance, and leadership to every shift. Here’s what you’ll be up to:

  • Lead and supervise the security team
  • Respond swiftly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, investigating and escalating where necessary
  • Monitor CCTV, alarms, and hotel security systems, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Support and train hotel staff on security, fire, and health & safety procedures
  • Liaise with law enforcement, fire authorities, and management, ensuring compliance with all hotel policies and legal requirements
