We’re looking for 2 DV Cleared Network Engineers to help keep critical Cisco networks and applications secure, stable, and always available.

This isn’t a traditional NOC role. Instead of pure monitoring, you’ll focus on the ongoing health, security, and lifecycle management of enterprise Cisco environments, ensuring systems are patched, optimised, compliant, and ready to support mission-critical operations.

You’ll work in a highly secure setting in Cheltenham where attention to detail, reliability, and security are absolutely essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keep mission-critical Cisco networks and platforms secure, resilient, and performing at their best
  • Manage and support key Cisco applications including:
    • Cisco Catalyst Center (Cat Center)
    • Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
    • Cisco Firepower Management Center (FMC)
  • Carry out software upgrades, patching, and lifecycle refresh activities across network and security platforms
  • Ensure systems remain secure, compliant, and aligned to strict operational standards
  • Maintain strong security controls, including segmentation, access policies, and device hardening
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks to availability, performance, or security
  • Implement controlled changes in line with rigorous governance and audit requirements
  • Support incident resolution and TAC escalations when needed, with a focus on fast recovery and preventing recurrence
  • Keep documentation and audit records accurate and up to date

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
