Role: DV Cleared Oracle Consultants (EPM & HCM)
Location
Milton Keynes (Hybrid; 2 to 3 days per week onsite)
Day Rate
£500 p/d Outside IR35

We have two contract opportunities for Oracle Consultants to join our client's live service team. You will be responsible for resolving 2nd/3rd line technical issues while building and delivering scheduled platform enhancements.
Role 1: Oracle EPM Functional Consultant
- Focuses on: finance, planning, and budgeting platforms.
- Key Focus: Design and build EPM configuration changes, forms, dimensions, and Groovy business rules.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Support planning/budgeting cycles
- Manage EPM security/access models
- Look after data feeds between EPM and ERP ledgers
- Must-Haves:
- Deep functional Oracle EPM (EPBCS / Planning) experience
- Hands-on Groovy scripting
- Data mapping expertise

Role 2: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
- Focuses on: core HR, workforce management, and payroll platforms.
- Key Focus: Configure changes across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Time & Labour modules.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Implement annual UK legislative updates
- Assess quarterly releases
- Support payroll run deadlines
- Build OTBI/BI Publisher reports
- Must-Haves:
- Deep Fusion HCM functional experience
- Strong understanding of UK payroll rules
- Fusion security concepts

Both positions sit within the same Agile/hybrid delivery environment. You'll work directly with Product Owners, utilizing ServiceNow and Jira for ticket management, ConfigSnapshot for configuration tracking, and Tosca for automated regression testing.
