Job Title: DV Cleared Service Architect
Location: Basingstoke
Duration: Until 31/05/2027
Rate: £750 per day via an approved umbrella company
Must be willing and eligible to go through the DV Clearance process
Our client, a leading organisation in the IT services sector, is hiring for a reputable company to bring on board an experienced Service Architect to join their dynamic team in Basingstoke. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the design of end-to-end IT services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and contractual commitments (SLAs, KPIs).
- Develop detailed service models, including transition, operational, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define pricing, test requirements, and support needs.
- Oversee service artefacts, process design, and integration, facilitating smooth service readiness and transition.
- Manage RAID items, impact assessments, and early life support planning.
- Influence overall solution design to optimise service stability and efficiency.
- Work closely with solution owners and operational teams to ensure service quality.

What You'll Bring
- Extensive experience in service architecture and management, with a strong operational understanding of IT service supply chains.
- Proven ability to develop and document comprehensive service designs and artefacts.
- Skilled in process creation, documentation, and service readiness activities.
- Strong stakeholder influencing skills, capable of working with senior leaders.
- Knowledge of service management frameworks such as ITIL, ISO20000, or IT4IT.
- Ability to lead virtual and co-located teams within tight deadlines.
