Systems Engineers & Technical Architects required for high-impact, complex engineering programmes in National Security.

Inside IR35 contract up to £670/day

Permanent positions to £90,000 base + package

eDV must be held on application

If you're a Systems Engineer or Technical Architect, with an enhanced DV Clearance for high-side IT access, looking to work on programmes that genuinely matter, this is an opportunity to have real influence.

You'll join a growing engineering consultancy delivering some of the UK's most technically challenging National Security programmes, working alongside exceptional engineers to solve complex problems, shape solution architectures and guide projects from concept through to delivery.

This isn't a role where you'll help define future systems of critical importance.

What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of technical delivery across complex programmes, combining systems thinking with hands-on engineering expertise to deliver solutions that operate in some of the UK's most demanding environments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
