A leading global Bank is seeking a Digital Experience and AI Delivery Specialist to join their newly established Operations Transformation Office in London
This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence by leveraging digital tools, automation, and AI solutions. Your Role
- Identify and improve business processes through digitalisation and automation.
- Design and implement solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Tungsten Automation tools.
- Promote generative AI tools like Copilot and integrate AI agents into workflows.
- Prepare impactful updates for committees and stakeholders.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Your Profile
- Proven experience delivering transformation projects in large organisations.
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with process automation platforms (e.g., Tungsten Automation or PEGA).
- Proficiency in Python for data processing tasks.
- Strong documentation skills using PowerPoint for non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of corporate banking operations and change management principles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and planning skills.
