Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales module in alignment with evolving business requirements
- Develop and manage solutions using Customer Insights – Journeys to optimize customer engagement workflows
- Design and implement Power Automate flows that drive automation and process efficiency across the D365 ecosystem
- Collaborate with stakeholders to transform functional requirements into robust technical solutions
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing configurations and custom solutions for performance, scale, and best practices
- Execute testing, updates, and enhancements, ensuring compliance with D365 and Microsoft standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with Power Apps, SharePoint, and third-party applications
- Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and release documentation

Requirements (Must Have Skills)
- Proven experience in configuring and developing within Dynamics 365 Sales
- Hands-on expertise with Customer Insights – Journeys (CI-J) module functionality
- Strong proficiency in Power Automate for building and managing workflows and automation processes
- Solid understanding of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Dataverse, plugins, workflows, and custom entities
- Basic integration knowledge of D365 with other Microsoft tools and third-party applications
- Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification (e.g., Sales Functional Consultant Associate or Customer Insights certification)
- Experience deploying and managing marketing automation solutions in Customer Insights – Journeys
- Familiarity with CRM workflows and customer engagement strategies
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments
