Position: Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant
Location: UK (Fully Remote)
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000
Visa: No Sponsorship Available
Job Responsibilities
- Dynamics 365 CRM Administration & Enhancement
- Support, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective CRM configurations.
- Manage users, security roles, workflows, dashboards, and system settings.
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM functionality and user experience.
- CRM Projects & System Integration
- Participate in Dynamics 365 implementation and enhancement projects.
- Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other business applications.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist with data migration and system upgrades.
- User Support & Training
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Dynamics 365 users.
- Investigate and resolve CRM-related issues.
- Create user documentation and deliver training sessions when required.
- Promote best practices and encourage CRM adoption across the business.
- Testing & Continuous Improvement
- Support SIT and UAT activities for new releases and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and data quality.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities using Power Platform tools.

- 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules.
- Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with end users.
- Basic understanding of CRM integrations and data migration activities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
- Japanese language is a plus.
