Job Opportunity: Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Support Consultant
I am recruiting on behalf of an expansive UK Microsoft Partner, as they look to add to their specialist support team with a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM support consultant. The role will involve supporting my clients diverse customer base within an enthusiastic, progressive team environment, where no 2 days are the same. This challenging opportunity provides a great platform to build on prior experience in D365/Dynamics CRM systems support; growing exposure across a fantastic range of customer projects.
This role offers full home based flexibility, with occasional requirement to travel to customer site/company office for meetings.

The role will involve...
- Supporting 1st/2nd line helpdesk support tickets surrounding Dynamics 365/Dynamics CRM
- Troubleshooting system performance issues/minor bug fixing
- Project based support analysis for new implementation projects
- Training users on new functionality/system changes
- Working closely with customers to provide top tier customer service and support
Preferable skills for the role will include...

- Demonstrable experience supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)/CRM software
- Ability to support system issues on 1st/2nd line level
- Power Platform admin/support exposure (Power Automate/Power Apps/PP Dataflows)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand issues and troubleshoot effectively
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal, comfortable in user facing environment
