D365 CE Developer (Contract OIR35) - £400pd - £500pd

Dynamics 365 CE Developer

UK Remote/Hybrid - can be based London or Midlands | Healthcare Technology

A leading healthcare technology organisation is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Developer to support the delivery of critical customer and patient-facing digital solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Microsoft specialist who can design, build and enhance solutions within the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform whilst contributing to wider Azure integration initiatives. The successful candidate will work across the full software development lifecycle, supporting secure, scalable and maintainable solutions within a modern cloud-first environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and supporting enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 CE solutions and integrations, working closely with architects, technical leads and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing custom Dynamics 365 CE solutions
  • Building plugins, workflows, custom APIs and integrations
  • Developing Azure-based integrations using Logic Apps, Function Apps and Service Bus
  • Delivering high-quality C# and.NET solutions
  • Implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines and ALM processes
  • Supporting secure development practices including OAuth and Key Vault
  • Writing automated tests to improve solution quality and maintainability
  • Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to define solution approaches
  • Ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient and aligned with architectural standards

What's Required?

This role would suit a specialist Dynamics developer who enjoys working on large-scale Microsoft solutions and is comfortable taking ownership of development activities with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.
