Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect - Onsite in Hampshire - Outside of IR35

£600 per day
Initial 5-week contract
Outside IR35
Potential to continue into a longer-term implementation programme

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the Discovery and Mobilisation phase of a major service transformation programme.
This is a highly customer-facing role where you will take ownership of the Discovery phase, working closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and the wider delivery team to define the target solution architecture and establish the roadmap for implementation.

The solution will be centred around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Field Service, and Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Gather, validate, and challenge business requirements
- Define the target Dynamics 365 and Power Platform architecture
- Produce High Level Designs and key solution architecture artefacts
- Define MVP scope, priorities, and implementation roadmap
- Lead solution definition across Customer Service and Field Service
- Define integration, data, security, and reporting considerations
- Manage risks, assumptions, dependencies, and key architectural decisions
- Support implementation estimation and resource planning
- Produce the Discovery / Delivery Pack required to transition into implementation

Essential Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect
- Strong Dynamics 365 Field Service expertise
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service experience
- Strong Power Platform and Dataverse knowledge
- Experience leading Discovery and Design phases
- Experience producing HLDs and architecture documentation
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience defining MVP scope and implementation roadmaps
