D365 CE Support Consultant

This Microsoft Partner is expanding its Customer Engagement practice and is looking for a D365 CE Support Consultant with strong hands‑on experience across core CE modules and excellent client‑facing skills.

You will support multiple customers, manage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and help drive best practice across the CE platform. You must be confident engaging with clients, understanding their challenges, and providing clear, professional guidance.

What You Will Do

  • Provide day‑to‑day support across D365 CE.
  • Manage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and deliver fixes.
  • Work closely with clients to understand requirements and resolve problems.
  • Support enhancements, configuration changes, and small improvements.
  • Collaborate with consultants, developers, and architects.
  • Contribute to a growing CE practice with strong delivery standards.

What You Need

  • 3+ years hands‑on D365 CE experience.
  • Good understanding of core CE modules (Sales, Service, Cases, Activities, Workflows).
  • Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience with Power Platform is a bonus.
