Job Description
We are seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultants to support an integration programme. Successful candidates will collaborate with the wider Dynamics team to define requirements, shape delivery plans, and support the creation of delivery backlogs ahead of implementation.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand programme needs and priorities.
- Support the creation and refinement of delivery backlogs.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and wider delivery teams.
- Contribute to the design and planning of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Support programme mobilisation and early-stage delivery activities.

Essential Skills
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant.
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics knowledge and experience.
- Experience gathering and translating requirements into deliverable outcomes.
- Experience contributing to backlog creation and management.
- Ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or integration programmes.
- Exposure to AI-enabled approaches for requirements gathering, backlog creation or delivery acceleration.
- Experience working within complex enterprise environments.
