Cookham - hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days remote per week
Salary
£38,000 to £42,000 + benefits – Fixed term

We're passionate about supporting, developing and championing marketers throughout their careers. As we continue to enhance our digital services, we're looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Application Support Developer to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience who enjoys a varied role, combining development, system administration and user support. You'll help ensure our CRM platform continues to evolve to meet the needs of our colleagues, members and customers.
What you'll be doing
Working as part of our CRM team, you'll support the day-to-day running and ongoing development of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You'll:
- Develop, configure and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM functionality.
- Build and maintain plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows and web resources.
- Provide first and second-line support, resolving CRM issues and supporting colleagues across the organisation.
- Help manage system releases, testing and deployments.
- Contribute to integrations with other business systems.
- Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement of our CRM environment.
- Work closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, works collaboratively and is passionate about delivering great user experiences. You'll bring:
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a development, configuration or application support role.
- Experience providing first and second-line application support.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation and administration.
- Experience with C#, JavaScript, Microsoft Dataverse and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Experience using Azure DevOps and working within Agile environments would be an advantage.
