Dynamics 365 Customer Service — Architect / Senior Developer / Techno-Functional / Consultant — Corporate & Institutional Banking

Build the service platform that a global corporate & institutional bank runs its client servicing on — Dynamics 365 Customer Service, wired into the systems that actually move money.

The role

A leading international bank is scaling its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service platform across Corporate & Institutional Banking. This is a hands-on delivery seat on a live programme — case management, SLAs and omnichannel servicing on one side, real integration into telephony, payments and account systems on the other. You will work close to the business, not three layers removed from it.

We are hiring across several seat types and seniorities — pick the one that fits and tell us in your application:

  • CRM / D365 Solution Architect — own the end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Service and integration architecture; set the patterns, standards and integration blueprint across the estate.
  • Senior D365 CE Developer — hands-on build lead: C#/plugins, PCF controls, JavaScript, Power Platform and Power Automate; set the technical bar and mentor the team.
  • Techno-Functional Consultant — bridge functional and technical: case, queue and SLA design and configuration plus plugins, flows and light integration.
  • Functional Consultant — configure Customer Service, shape case, queue and SLA design, own requirements-to-solution.
  • Integration Engineer — Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Functions) connecting D365 to the bank's service estate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
