Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join a high-performing team delivering Microsoft D365 CRM solutions. This role involves designing and implementing scalable, compliant, and user-focused systems that meet strict government and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Automate deployment processes to enable consistent, reliable delivery.
- Implement reusable and efficient patterns within the.NET framework.
- Ensure alignment with Government Digital Service (GDS), and accessibility standards.
- Maintain user accessibility and ensure services meet security compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Embed Government Digital Standards across the development lifecycle.
Essential Skills & Experience

- Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Hands-on experience automating deployments in D365 environments.
- Strong knowledge of the.NET framework.
- Familiarity with GDS and accessibility standards in the UK public sector.
- Understanding of security and compliance in government solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
