Type: Permanent

Tenth Revolution Group is working on behalf of a growing Microsoft Partner that is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer & Power Platform to join its expanding delivery team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely on varied digital-transformation projects, designing and developing business-critical solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and the wider Azure ecosystem.

You’ll work throughout the full development lifecycle, collaborating with functional consultants, solution architects, project managers and client stakeholders to translate complex requirements into secure, scalable and maintainable solutions.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for developing and enhancing solutions across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft Power Platform, covering both low-code configuration and pro-code development.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing and configuring solutions across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
  • Building model-driven and canvas Power Apps tailored to complex business requirements.
  • Developing automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate.
  • Customising Dynamics 365 using tables, forms, views, business rules, business process flows and security roles.
  • Developing custom plugins, workflows and extensions using C# and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
  • Creating client-side functionality using JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Developing custom controls and components using Power Apps Component Framework.
  • Integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with external applications through REST APIs, custom connectors and Azure services.
  • Working with Dataverse, including data modelling, relationships, security and solution architecture.
  • Supporting data migration and integration activities using appropriate Microsoft and third-party tools.
  • Managing solutions across development, test and production environments.
  • Implementing strong application lifecycle management practices using Azure DevOps and automated deployment pipelines.
  • Troubleshooting complex platform, integration and performance issues.
  • Conducting code reviews and ensuring solutions follow Microsoft best practice.
  • Producing clear technical documentation covering designs, integrations, deployments and support processes.
  • Working directly with clients to understand requirements, explain technical options and support successful delivery.
  • Supporting junior developers and contributing to the continuous improvement of development standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
