D365 Developer (Power Platform)
Location: Yorkshire or Manchester (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £70,000 + benefits
Type: Permanent
Overview
A tech4good consultancy is looking for a D365 Developer to join its growing team. You'll build solutions on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform for charities, public sector bodies and purpose-led organisations. It's a chance to use your skills on work that makes a real difference, in a team that values quality, learning and doing the right thing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and extend Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse solutions
- Develop Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) and automate processes with Power Automate
- Write custom code including plugins, JavaScript and custom workflow activities
- Build integrations with Azure services and third-party systems
- Work with clients to understand requirements and turn them into practical solutions
- Support solution deployment, ALM and ongoing improvements
- Share knowledge and help raise standards across the team

Key Requirements
- Solid commercial experience developing on Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse
- Strong Power Apps and Power Automate skills
- C# /.NET for plugin development, plus JavaScript
- Experience with solution management and ALM (Azure DevOps or similar)
- Comfortable working directly with clients and non-technical stakeholders
- Consultancy or client-facing delivery experience

Desirable
- Wider Microsoft skills such as Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus), Power BI, Power Pages and SharePoint
- Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600 or similar)
- Experience in the charity, non-profit or public sector space
- Interest in tech4good and social impact
