Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (Contract)
Contract Role | UK Remote/Hybrid | Competitive Day Rate
We are currently engaging with experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants for an exciting programme of work due to commence shortly within a well-established organisation undergoing significant digital transformation.
This opportunity is ideal for a consultant with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions, working closely with stakeholders, and translating business requirements into scalable system designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document and analyse business requirements across key stakeholders
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to define solution requirements
- Configure and optimise Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business objectives
- Work alongside technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Support testing, training and user adoption activities
- Provide functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to best practice processes and governance

Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), CRM, Sales, Customer Service and/or Power Platform
- Experience leading stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions
- Ability to create functional specifications and process documentation
- Strong understanding of end-to-end project delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience working within complex enterprise environments

Desirable:
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments
- Microsoft certifications within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem
- Experience across multiple D365 transformation programmes
What's on Offer:
- £450 - £550 Per Day
- Remote – UK Based
- Initial 6-Months (Once Dates Confirmed)
