The Role
We're looking for a passionate Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our growing Business Applications team. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, design innovative solutions, and deliver transformational outcomes using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Microsoft Power Platform.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team at the heart of Zenzero's digital transformation practice, helping organisations streamline processes, improve customer engagement, and maximise the value of their Microsoft investment.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in a functional consulting capacity.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot capabilities.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into effective, scalable solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A consultative mindset with a passion for using technology to drive business improvement and transformation.
- Knowledge of data integration, reporting, and digital process design would be advantageous.
- Experience within a Microsoft Partner, consultancy, or managed services environment is desirable.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and engage with stakeholders to capture business requirements and define solution roadmaps.
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions that solve real business challenges.
- Configure and optimise Dynamics 365 applications, including Sales, Customer Service, and related modules.
- Work alongside technical consultants, developers, and project teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
- Create solution designs, process documentation, and functional specifications.
- Support clients through the full project lifecycle, from discovery and design through to deployment and adoption.
- Advise customers on Power Platform best practices, integration strategies, and future product capabilities.
- Stay ahead of emerging Microsoft technologies and help drive innovation across our customer base.
