Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
Fully Remote | Up to £50,000
Nigel Frank International is working with a growing Microsoft consultancy looking to appoint a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to support customers across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the wider Power Platform.
This is a fully remote, customer-facing position, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working closely with users and helping organisations get more from their CRM platform.
The role
You will be supporting customers using Dynamics 365 CE, managing queries through to resolution and contributing to the continued improvement of their CRM environments. You will work alongside internal colleagues, customers and third-party providers to deliver a responsive, high-quality service.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing functional support across Dynamics 365 CE / CRM and the Power Platform
- Investigating, troubleshooting and resolving customer support queries within agreed SLAs
- Configuring and improving Dynamics 365 solutions in line with customer requirements
- Gathering requirements and working with stakeholders to identify practical system improvements
- Supporting Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
- Managing support cases from initial enquiry through to resolution, keeping customers informed throughout
- Producing clear documentation, supporting user training and encouraging platform adoption
- Working with internal delivery teams and third-party suppliers where required
What we are looking for
- Commercial experience supporting or delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM solutions
- A functional consultancy, application support or CRM support background
- Exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience investigating issues, managing support cases and working to SLAs
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers and stakeholders
- Experience gathering requirements, producing documentation and supporting end users
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
