Dynamics 365 Product Lead
Location: Hybrid – London (2 days per week on site)
Salary: Up to £55,000
We are working with a mission-driven humanitarian aid organisation to recruit a Dynamics 365 Product Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of the organisation's Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, leading its strategy, development and ongoing optimisation to ensure it continues to meet the needs of the business.
You'll act as the internal Dynamics 365 expert, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to drive improvements, enhance user adoption and deliver a high-performing CRM environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the internal lead and subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Own and drive the CRM roadmap, ensuring it aligns with organisational priorities.
- Engage with stakeholders across the business, translating requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Deliver hands-on configuration, including fields, forms, views, workflows and Power Automate solutions.
- Oversee system performance, user support and issue resolution.
- Manage CRM governance, change requests and prioritisation.
- Drive data quality, validation and reporting capabilities.
- Optimise the Customer Insights and Sales modules to improve engagement and business performance.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training and user adoption initiatives.
- Manage third-party partners, ensuring quality delivery and effective knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with the IT team on integrations, security and overall platform stability.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including configuration, customisation and administration.
- Proven experience leading and owning a CRM platform or function.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse.
- Experience delivering solutions across the Customer Insights and Sales modules.
- The ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners.
- Strong data management and data quality expertise.
- Working knowledge of SQL and integrations (KingswaySoft experience would be advantageous).
- A good understanding of data protection and governance frameworks, including GDPR.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable Experience
- Experience working within the not-for-profit or public sector.
- Familiarity with fundraising or finance processes.
