We are ambitious and forward-thinking in our approach with a strong vision for digital transformation and resident self-service capabilities. We have an established cloud technology estate but are now seeking a driven and experienced Dynamics 365 professional to help us realize these goals and build a digital platform that delivers effective and innovative services and capabilities for our residents and colleagues.
We have a new opportunity for a Dynamics 365 Platform Lead to join our Technology Services team to lead the strategy, architecture, design, and delivery of our established Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and associated Power Platform services. This is a full-time permanent role offering hybrid working and a real opportunity to steer and influence the future direction of the platforms and the services they deliver.
Key Responsibilities
As the Dynamics 365 Platform Lead, you will own the end-to-end architecture and design for Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Field Service) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) including Co-pilot within these services. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
