Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer
We are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to join our IT Development team on a 6 month, fixed-term contract.

Main Responsibilities
- Support and improve existing Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform solutions under the Business Solutions & Automation Manager / D365 Lead. The role focuses on configuration, automation, investigation, testing and documentation. Coding is useful but not essential.
- Configure and maintain Dataverse tables, columns, relationships, forms, views, business rules and model-driven apps.
- Build, maintain and troubleshoot Power Automate cloud flows, including conditions, expressions, JSON and error handling.
- Support Dynamics 365 Field Service, work orders, service tasks, bookings, resources, templates and related processes.
- Investigate failed flows, incorrect data, user issues and unexpected system behaviour; identify root cause and document findings.
- Test changes, prepare evidence, support UAT and follow controlled Development-to-UAT-to-Production release procedures.
- Maintain technical documentation, release notes, support runbooks and clear work-item updates.
- Assist with security roles, user access, reference data, environment variables and connection references under agreed procedures.
- Support integrations and data work using Dataverse, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL, APIs, OData or FetchXML with guidance.
- Identify opportunities to simplify flows, reduce manual work and improve maintainability.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse or a comparable business platform.
- Strong analytical thinking and a logical approach to investigation.
- Ability to understand a business process, not only the requested screen change.
- Attention to detail, ownership of testing and willingness to learn independently.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Ability to manage assigned work, record progress and raise blockers early.
- Demonstrated ability to assess and audit existing processes, systems, and functionality.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering pragmatic, agile solutions that support clinical operations.
- Proven experience of engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business needs into effective solutions, and ensure successful service delivery.
- Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency and clinical outcomes.
