Demand for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions continues to grow across our client base, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Solution Architect to join our Architecture Practice.
This is more than a technical architecture role. We're looking for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, understanding business challenges, shaping solutions, and guiding delivery teams to successful outcomes. You'll play a key role in both client engagements and the growth of our Microsoft capability.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Solution Architect, you'll work closely with clients, stakeholders, development teams, and business leaders to design and deliver innovative Microsoft-based solutions that generate real business value.
You'll:
- Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable solution architectures.
- Advise clients on the most appropriate Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies for their needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them improve business processes and achieve strategic objectives.
- Provide architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery.
- Work closely with developers and delivery teams to ensure solutions remain aligned to architectural principles.
- Lead proof of concepts and support technical discovery activities.
- Produce clear architecture documentation, solution designs, and technical roadmaps.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution shaping, and customer workshops.
- Contribute to the continued development of TXP's Architecture Practice and Microsoft capability.
- Ensure solutions align with cybersecurity, governance, and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For
We're interested in speaking with architects who combine strong technical expertise with excellent consulting and stakeholder engagement skills.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience architecting and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Dynamics 365 Sales
- Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas)
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Integration patterns and APIs
- Experience designing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Ability to work closely with development teams and provide technical leadership.
- Strong understanding of software delivery, SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience engaging senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in consulting, professional services, or client-facing environments.
Desirable
- Experience supporting bids, pre-sales activities, or solution proposals.
- Experience building proof-of-concept solutions.
- Knowledge of Dynamics licensing and platform governance.
- Previous software development experience, ideally with C#/.NET.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or Solution Architecture.
