Dynamics 365 Project Operations Consultant
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Project Operations Consultant to join our growing team. This role supports all aspects of a typical Dynamics 365 implementation, from discovery and design through to delivery, testing, and ongoing optimisation within professional services environments. This role is remotely based, with occasional travel to customer sites. The role involves analysing business requirements, providing strategic consulting for optimizing Dynamics 365 Project Operations, and managing the end-to-end implementation process. You will engage with clients to ensure successful delivery, offer support with system configurations, and provide expertise in operations management while optimizing processes and addressing challenges. Strong collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders will be essential to deliver tailored, effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to understand operational needs, analyse requirements, and translate them into clear, scalable solutions.
- Support the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring the systems are aligned to business processes and best practice.
- Contribute to effective project accounting, resource planning, and project delivery workflows, helping to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Delivery, and Technology to drive successful project outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and documentation, ensuring that system changes are understood, adopted, and embedded across the organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
