Dynamics 365 Release & Environment Specialist - D365 | Release Management | Governance - Hybrid Role
About The Role
If you’re a highly organised IT professional with strong Dynamics 365 experience, this is an opportunity to take ownership of how technology changes are tested, released and managed across a growing global business.
As a Dynamics 365 Release & Environment Specialist, you’ll manage multiple D365, Power Platform and Azure environments at different stages of development, coordinating releases from development through user testing and into production. You’ll work closely with Business Analysts and Developers to make sure releases are stable, properly tested and ready for users.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of our technology development cycles, with the opportunity to help shape release management, governance and standards across Safetykleen.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the movement of D365 and Power Platform changes between development, testing and production environments.
- Coordinating weekly releases into user testing and monthly production releases, ensuring changes are stable and ready to go live.
- Working closely with Business Analysts and Developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure successful releases.
- Monitoring production environments, identifying issues, system backlogs and anything that could impact performance or users.
- Maintaining clear documentation, processes and standards across release and environment management.
- Managing deployment pipelines and supporting the governance, access and controls around releases.
- Monitoring Azure services and platform performance, including reports, queries, alerts and system flow.
- Helping drive improvements to release governance, development cycles and technology standards across Safetykleen.

About You
You’re highly organised, methodical and technically minded, with a strong eye for detail and a natural focus on getting things right. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple processes and environments at the same time, following structured release cycles and making sure nothing gets missed.

You’ll enjoy troubleshooting, working with technical teams and documenting processes clearly. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who takes ownership and wants to improve how things are done, with the opportunity to help establish strong release management and governance standards across Safetykleen.
You’ll have:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally with around 2+ years’ experience.
- Experience working with D365 environments, releases, deployments or backend administration.
- Experience within IT Operations, Development, Release Management or a similar technical environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and working with Developers or Business Analysts to resolve them.
- A structured approach to documentation, processes and governance.
- Good understanding of release, change or environment management.
Desirable:
- Experience with Power Platform ALM and pipelines.
- Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, Logic Apps or Function Apps.
- Experience with Azure Monitor or Application Insights.
- ITIL or equivalent change/release management experience.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code or automated deployments.
