About the role
Benefact Group is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to join our Gloucester office.
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in advancing and maturing the adoption of the D365 platform, working closely with business and technical teams to identify opportunities that support growth, efficiency and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing
- Design and deliver fit-for-purpose technology solutions across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform estate, balancing technical decisions with user needs and commercial constraints
- Participate in discovery workshops to understand business opportunities, stakeholder needs and technical requirements
- Lead proof of concept and innovation initiatives, either independently or alongside delivery partners and cross-functional teams
- Author functional and technical requirements, solution designs and implementation guidance
- Act as a technology and delivery coach, mentoring team members and helping to strengthen engineering and consultancy capability

What you'll need to have
- Strong experience across Dynamics 365 (Sales and Customer Service) and the Power Platform
- Proven track record as a senior consultant or lead consultant working with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and shape solutions
- Solid understanding of enterprise delivery practices, including integration patterns, data management, CI/CD, testing and agile ways of working
- Experience producing and governing high-quality solution designs, standards and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
What makes you stand out
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification or equivalent relevant qualification
- Exposure to financial services or insurance industries
