We are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 Tech Lead to join our technology function. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and enhancement of our Dynamics 365 platform, helping to deliver innovative solutions that support business performance, improve customer experiences and enable future growth. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure our CRM and automation capabilities continue to evolve and deliver value.

You will join a collaborative technology team focused on delivering reliable, scalable and customer-focused solutions. The team works closely with colleagues across the business to drive innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement.

What's The Role

  • Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions across the business
  • Design and implement scalable system enhancements and improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and project teams
  • Drive best practice across development, testing and release activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability and user experience
  • Support the ongoing roadmap and evolution of CRM and automation platforms

What Can You Offer

  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technology platforms
  • Ability to analyse business requirements and develop effective technical solutions
  • Experience leading technical workstreams or operating within a technical leadership role
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
  • Ability to prioritise workload and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous learning
