About the Role
This is a hands-on, high-impact Dynamics 365 CE Developer role where you'll design, develop, and enhance Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions. You'll play a key role in delivering scalable, upgrade-safe customisations, integrations, and automation that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and support enhancements across Dynamics 365 CE, with a focus on Sales, Field Service and Case Management modules.
- Build and maintain complex customisations including plugins, workflows, JavaScript, PCF controls and custom APIs.
- Deliver Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse to improve automation and self-service capabilities.
- Design and implement integrations using Azure services and modern integration patterns.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex production issues, driving root cause analysis and long-term resolution.
- Enhance ALM, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes and environment management using Azure DevOps and Git.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, development standards, mentoring and delivery planning.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, Microsoft Copilot and modern platform capabilities to improve business processes and user experiences.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' hands-on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform experience
Required Skills
- Strong experience across Sales, Field Service and/or Case Management modules
- C# /.NET development within Dynamics 365 CE (plugins and extensibility)
- JavaScript customisation experience
- Strong Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate expertise
- Azure integration experience including Azure Functions, REST APIs and event-driven architectures
- Experience with Azure DevOps, source control and CI/CD pipelines
- SQL Server and relational database design experience
- Ability to provide technical leadership, mentoring and governance
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE security and data governance
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a growing technology function and driving continuous improvement

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or other ERP platforms
Pay range and compensation package
- £60,000 - £75,000 basic salary
- 30 days holiday plus bank holidays
- 5% contributory pension
