  • Lead enterprise observability strategy across applications, APIs, and critical services.
  • Assess observability maturity across logs, metrics, traces, events, dashboards, and alerts.
  • Define and implement Observability CoE standards (instrumentation, naming, tagging, dashboards, alerts).
  • Identify gaps and create improvement roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
  • Design end-to-end observability for workflows using Dynatrace PurePath and other tools.
  • Configure request attributes, trace distributed transactions, and manage segmentations.
  • Develop dashboards, alerting strategies, and SLO/SLI frameworks to reduce noise and improve reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
