The Role
As an e-Billing Analyst, reporting to the Billing Manager, you will work closely with the wider Finance Team to support the firm’s end-to-end e-Billing process - from client implementation, through to successful delivery of the e-Billed invoice to the client.
Your role as an e-Billing Analyst is an integral role within our International Operations Team and your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintenance of complex relationships with clients and key stakeholder groups including Practice Groups, Working Capital Management, Finance Operations, IT, Global Client teams and 3rd party suppliers
- Accurate input and maintenance of data in vendor systems such as Legal Tracker, TyMetrix, Collaborati and CounselLink amongst others
- Timely and accurate submission of invoices to the appropriate platforms
- Reporting, monitoring and resolution of any invoice rejections
- Maintenance of eBilling mailboxes responding to queries on a timely basis
- Provision of effective training and support to Billing teams, both in the UK and our International Offices
Skills & Experience
- Experience in legal billing is essential
- Strong knowledge of legal billing systems and eBilling platforms.
- Familiarity with law firm billing guidelines and compliance requirements.
