Are you passionate about operations, people, and delivering outstanding service? We're looking for an ambitious eCargo Service Specialist to play a key role in managing our high-volume eCargo Bike Network operation.
This is a hands-on role where you'll drive service performance, support and develop riders, manage costs, and ensure our eCargo fleet operates safely and efficiently. You'll be at the heart of keeping parcels moving, customers happy, and our sustainable delivery network thriving.

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day
Service & Operations
- Manage day-to-day eCargo operations, ensuring service, quality, and cost targets are achieved.
- Monitor performance, resolve operational issues, and use data to drive improvements.
- Ensure routes are covered, parcels flow on time, and resources are allocated effectively.
Rider Support & Development
- Deliver rider onboarding, training, and coaching.
- Assess rider capability, compliance, and readiness to operate safely.
- Support rider engagement and retention through regular communication and development.
Cost & Resource Management
- Support budget control and cost management across the operation.
- Work with planning teams to optimise rider and bike allocation.
- Develop solutions to manage changing volumes and maintain service levels.
Fleet & Compliance
- Support the maintenance and availability of the eCargo fleet.
- Coordinate maintenance activity and carry out basic fleet checks where required.
- Escalate issues promptly to minimise disruption.
