Welcome to StoreLab!
Who are we?
We’re a young, ambitious Shopify Growth Service, launched in 2020 and set for significant growth in 2026 and beyond. Our mission is to make e-commerce growth simple for ambitious Shopify stores through expert performance marketing, CRM management, creative and strategic services – alongside our proprietary mobile app builder.
Who are you?
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a CRM-focused Account Manager to join our fast-paced and collaborative Account Management team. You’ll work with a portfolio of exciting direct-to-consumer brands, acting as their go-to partner across SMS and email through onboarding, execution, performance reporting, and day-to-day support.
This role is all about building strong relationships and delivering great results. You’ll help your clients get the most out of their email and SMS channels - from start to finish.
Working closely with senior team members, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas, shape campaign strategies, and develop your skills in client management, digital marketing, and e-commerce growth.
Whilst this role has a CRM-focus, we need someone who’s adaptable and willing to learn. You'll need to be hands-on, creative, commercially aware, and willing to expand your skillset.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong CRM experience as well as knowledge of paid media channels, looking to take the next step in a supportive, fast-growing environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
