Cash Network | Remote | European Market
Cash Network is expanding into E-commerce, and we're looking for an experienced performance marketer to help us build the vertical from the ground up.
This is not a traditional Affiliate Manager position where you'll inherit an existing book of business. We're looking for someone who already knows the E-commerce performance marketing ecosystem—someone who understands the offers, brands, affiliates, media buyers and/or creators driving meaningful volume today and can help us determine where Cash Network should compete.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience across European and international markets, including relationships with brands, networks, affiliates, creators, and media buyers outside of the U.S.
Existing relationships across the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Nordics, and other major European markets are a strong plus, particularly with established e-commerce brands, affiliates, media buyers, creators, and performance marketing partners.
Experience understanding the differences between U.S. and European acquisition channels, consumer behavior, compliance requirements, offer structures, and scalable traffic sources would be highly valuable.
The goal is simple: help us identify the right categories, partnerships, markets, and acquisition strategies to build a meaningful E-commerce vertical inside Cash Network.
The Opportunity
Cash Network is an established performance marketing network with the infrastructure already in place to support significant scale: tracking, affiliate management, campaign operations, billing and payments, technology, business development, and thousands of existing affiliate relationships.
Now we want to apply that infrastructure to E-commerce. We're looking for the right person to become our internal E-commerce expert and help build that business alongside our existing team. You'll work directly under our Director of Affiliate Management while collaborating closely with ownership, Business Development and Campaign Management.
Initially, your job will be simple:
- Help us identify the right opportunities
- Bring the right relationships together
- Prove that Cash Network can build a profitable E-commerce vertical
What You'll Own
- Help define Cash Network's initial E-commerce strategy based on your firsthand industry experience
- Recruit and manage E-commerce affiliates, media buyers, creators and other traffic partners
- Identify high-performing E-commerce offers, brands and products that Cash Network should pursue
- Leverage your existing industry relationships to accelerate our entry into the market
- Maintain day-to-day relationships with the E-commerce publishers you recruit
- Understand what your traffic partners need and communicate those opportunities directly to our Business Development and Campaign teams
- Help identify potential anchor brands/offers capable of attracting meaningful publisher interest
- Advise our team on E-commerce economics, competitive payouts, conversion metrics, traffic sources and emerging opportunities
- Help us understand where Cash Network can differentiate itself from existing E-commerce networks and platforms
- Develop a repeatable playbook for recruiting, onboarding and scaling E-commerce partners
- Become the internal voice of the E-commerce market as we determine how aggressively to expand the vertical

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We're Looking For
We're less interested in a particular job title and more interested in what you actually know and who you know.
The ideal candidate has meaningful experience in E-commerce performance marketing and can speak fluently about both the traffic side and offer/brand side of the business. You may currently work for an affiliate network, E-commerce performance network, advertiser, agency, media-buying organization, influencer/creator network, or similar company.
You should be able to walk into a conversation and tell us:
- Which E-commerce categories and offers are performing right now
- Where serious E-commerce affiliates and media buyers operate
- How brands typically structure performance partnerships
- What affiliates need before they'll test and scale an offer
- What healthy economics and margins look like in the space
- Which traffic sources are producing meaningful E-commerce volume
- How TikTok, TikTok Shop, influencers/creators and traditional performance affiliates fit into the current ecosystem
- Where the market is heading next
We'd Especially Like to Meet You If...
- You already have relationships you can bring to the table
- Maybe you know E-commerce affiliates capable of meaningful volume
- Maybe you know brands or product owners looking for additional distribution
- Maybe you've managed creator/influencer traffic
- Maybe you've helped launch or scale E-commerce offers yourself
- Or maybe you've spent years sitting in the middle of this ecosystem and know exactly who to call when a new product starts taking off
- We're looking for that person

What You Won't Have to Build From Scratch
This is one of the most attractive parts of the opportunity.
Cash Network already has an established operating infrastructure supporting a large performance marketing business.
You won't be expected to become our tracking engineer, accountant, attorney or campaign technician.
You'll have an existing team supporting areas such as:
- Tracking and attribution
- Campaign setup and operations
- Affiliate payments
- Advertiser billing
- Legal and compliance
- Technology
- Business development
- Reporting and analytics
Your expertise should be E-commerce and relationships.
What Success Looks Like
Our initial objective is to launch a focused E-commerce pilot, establish the right supply and traffic relationships, and prove that the vertical can generate sustainable incremental profit.
Early success will mean:
- Finding the right opportunities
- Recruiting the right partners
- Generating real E-commerce volume
- Establishing repeatable processes
- Building a vertical capable of paying for—and ultimately exceeding—the investment required to operate it
If we prove the model, the opportunity gets considerably bigger.
Why Cash Network?
We're not starting with a PowerPoint and trying to build an affiliate network from scratch.
- The network already exists
- The systems already exist
- The operational team already exists
- The affiliate relationships already exist
- And ownership is actively exploring E-commerce as one of the company's next major growth opportunities
We're looking for the E-commerce specialist who can plug into that machine and help us build the next growth engine.
If you've been waiting for an opportunity to take what you know about E-commerce and have meaningful influence over the development of an entire vertical, we'd like to talk.
Apply with a brief overview of your E-commerce experience, the types of offers/brands and traffic partners you've worked with, and—most importantly—what you believe you could bring to the table.
