We are looking for an E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Assistant to join our digital team to support the growth of online sales, improve customer experience and increase digital brand reach.
Role Overview
The role will include the following tasks:
- Setting up new product listings and maintaining existing ones
- Publishing site merchandising and content
- Day-to-day housekeeping of the website
- Building and scheduling marketing emails
- Building and scheduling social media posts
- Supporting the onsite factory shop with point-of-sale assets, marketing emails, and social media posts
- General support to the digital team and digital support to the wider business

Requirements
You will have:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Photoshop
- Strong communication and written skills
- Time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to problem-solve
- Creative eye with an interest in fashion
- Passion for e-commerce and social media

Job Details
The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm, which includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The role is based in our Warminster office with free onsite parking.
