We're recruiting for an eCommerce Assistant to join a growing business within the agricultural, turf, and ground care sector.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in eCommerce, with full training and opportunities to progress.
The Role
- Creating and updating product listings on Shopify
- Managing website content and product information
- Using Canva and Photoshop for basic content
- Supporting online merchandising and promotions
- Coordinating orders, returns, and exchanges
- Responding to customer queries by phone, email, and online chat
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams
- Supporting wider eCommerce projects and bringing new ideas to the business

About You
We're looking for someone who is organized, accurate, and keen to learn, with an interest in eCommerce.
Essential:
- Basic understanding or interest in eCommerce
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn about the products and industry

Desirable:
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or another CMS
- Previous eCommerce, marketing, customer service, or supply chain experience
- Knowledge of stock or ERP systems

- Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (40 hours/week)
