Clarkes Golf – Rainford, St Helens
£28,000 per year | Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for a proactive, organised and detail-focused E-commerce Assistant to join the Clarkes Golf team in Rainford, St Helens. You’ll play an important role in bringing our product ranges to life online, ensuring new products and launches are accurate, well presented and available to customers at the right time. Working with leading golf brands and alongside our e-commerce and marketing teams, you’ll manage product information, imagery and merchandising across our Shopify website.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage product listings in Shopify, sourcing and collating product imagery, specifications and information from our brand partners.
- Write accurate, engaging and bespoke product descriptions.
- Work to strict brand launch dates and deadlines, helping us maintain strong relationships with our suppliers.
- Merchandise new product launches across the website to maximise visibility and deliver an excellent online shopping experience.
- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate new-product launches and maximise their reach.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of accuracy across product information, imagery and online content.

What We're Looking For
- Strong general computer skills and confidence working with online systems.
- Excellent written English and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to understand and interpret detailed product information.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous e-commerce or Shopify experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential for the right candidate.

- Salary: £28,000 per year
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
- Location: Rainford, St Helens – in person
