Pippa Small is seeking a full-time (paid) E-commerce Assistant to join the E-commerce team.
We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to support our E-commerce Manager and E-commerce Associate across the day-to-day running of our online business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in luxury e-commerce within a small, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- E-Commerce
- Uploading new products to the website
- Measuring products and adding other relevant information to the website
- Managing daily web orders, including packing and shipping
- Management of available stock quantities on the website
- Photography
- Coordinating photoshoots with photographers
- Preparing shoot lists
- Management and organisation of digital assets
- Customer Service
- Help with client care and communication daily
- Marketing Mailer Campaigns
- Create marketing mailers using Klaviyo
- Help coordinate global mailers with our LA based team

Skills and Experience
- Shopify and Klaviyo experiences are preferred but not essential
- Logistics experience is a plus
- Undergraduate degree required
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
- Previous experience in e-commerce or customer service is preferred
