Role Description
The E-commerce Catalog Executive (Volunteer, Remote) will support OneSellers in maintaining accurate and engaging product catalogs on the OneCart platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Adding and updating product listings
- Verifying product information and images
- Ensuring category, pricing, and attribute consistency across the catalog
- Monitoring catalog performance
- Identifying listing issues
- Collaborating with the team to improve searchability and conversion rates

The executive will also assist in communicating with sellers on catalog-related queries, supporting onboarding of new products, and providing basic guidance on catalog best practices. This volunteer position is fully remote and requires regular coordination with the OneCart team via online tools.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting catalog data, identifying listing issues, and supporting optimization decisions.
- Account Management and Sales skills to support OneSellers, manage catalog-related requests, and contribute to better product performance.
- Team Management and Sales Management skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders, align catalog priorities, and assist in implementing catalog strategies.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces are highly beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and comfort with digital collaboration tools are required.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail operations, merchandising, or catalog management is an advantage, though motivated candidates with relevant transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
