E-COMMERCE CHANNEL MANAGER - FMCG
£competitive basic, £6k car allowance & bonus
Hybrid working - ideal base Southwest, M4 corridor or West Midlands
THE COMPANY
Our client is a highly successful and well-established name in the UK FMCG industry, supplying a mix of branded and own label products across UK major trade channels and overseas markets. Known for its collaborative culture and entrepreneurial spirit, the business is focused on long-term growth through innovation, customer service, and strategic partnerships.
As part of their investment in further driving their brand’s digital sales volumes, our client is looking to appoint an experienced FMCG E-Commerce Channel Manager who will report to the Commercial Digital Director.
THE ROLE
This is an exciting position with a broad range of responsibilities including:
- Driving profitable online growth trading strategies
- Management leadership for two E-Commerce Executives
- The business has a focus on managing and developing their range of household known brands within the Amazon and TikTok accounts
- Shaping future trading strategy and developing opportunities with future Direct to Consumer (D2C) trading

To successfully manage the complexities associated with digital trading vs traditional ‘red brick’, you will work closely with your brand marketing, supply chain, finance, and national account colleagues, to ensure trading strategies maximize brand positioning, promotional, and pricing to drive efficiencies and profitable sales growth.
You will also manage commercial budgets, negotiate cost-effective deals, and provide detailed sales forecasts to ensure ongoing stock availability to meet sales demands.
ABOUT YOU
You love all things digital and commercial and recognize the future trading opportunities that likely fit with your FMCG career development ambitions and goals.
Having developed your career in FMCG food, drink, or non-food branded companies within sales, you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of successfully managing Amazon and possess a sound knowledge of the key trading dynamics of this industry-leading online retailer. Additionally, you should either have experience or a sound trading knowledge of the TikTok Shop E-retail account.
