Location: In-office, London
Reports to: Head of Performance & E-Commerce
Want to learn how a fast-growing online brand really works? This is a front-row seat. You'll work side by side with our Head of Performance & E-Commerce across paid ads, our Shopify websites, product launches and reporting, for two brands sold in the US, UK and EU.
WHO WE ARE
Our company is one of the UK's fastest-growing wellness companies, and we run two brands:
ripple⁺: plant-powered, zero-nic inhalables, flavoured air and nootropic pouches. Our mission is simple: help people step away from old habits and build better rituals.
Droplet: modern home fragrance, from incense and reed diffusers to scent burners, including collaborations with brands like Houseplant and PSG.
We're a small, ambitious team, which means your work goes live fast and you see the impact straight away.
THE ROLE
Most entry-level digital roles keep you in one lane. This one doesn't. As our E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Associate, we'll have you helping across everything we do online, from checking a new batch of Meta ads, to updating a product page, to getting a launch ready for the day it goes live.
You won't own a single channel. You'll be the person who helps keep all of them running and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. In return, you'll learn more in a year here than in most places in three.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
