E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Manchester

We are looking for a commercially focused E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital marketing activity across paid advertising, CRM, email marketing and social media.
This is a hands-on role for someone with strong experience in fashion or e-commerce who understands how to drive online revenue, acquire new customers and improve customer retention.
You will be responsible for managing and growing our key digital channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo/CRM and social media, while working closely with the wider e-commerce, creative and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage Google Ads, including Shopping, Performance Max, Search and retargeting.
- Monitor daily advertising performance including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, spend and revenue.
- Plan and manage advertising budgets across all paid channels.
- Test new audiences, creatives, campaigns and offers to improve performance.
- Manage Klaviyo CRM, including email campaigns, automated flows and customer segmentation.
- Build and improve key Klaviyo flows including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase and win-back.
- Grow email and SMS revenue and improve customer retention and repeat purchase rate.
- Plan the marketing calendar around new product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns and key trading periods.
- Work with the creative team to produce high-performing paid and organic content.
- Identify winning content and use performance data to guide future creative.
- Coordinate influencer, creator and UGC activity where required.
- Ensure brand messaging remains consistent across paid ads, CRM and social media.
- Analyse website and marketing performance and identify opportunities to increase online revenue.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports covering key marketing KPIs.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team on product launches, promotional activity and online trading.
- Manage external agencies or freelancers where required.
- Stay up to date with developments across Meta, Google, TikTok, Klaviyo and the wider fashion e-commerce market.

Experience Required
- Previous experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role.
- Ideally experience within fashion, beauty, lifestyle or another fast-moving consumer brand.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing Google Ads and Google Shopping.
- Strong knowledge of Klaviyo or a similar CRM/email platform.
- Understanding of e-commerce metrics including ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rate and retention.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple product launches and campaigns.
- Able to take ownership and work independently rather than relying heavily on agencies.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is both creative and commercially minded.
You should understand fashion and social media trends, but also be comfortable looking at advertising spend, revenue, margins and customer acquisition costs.
This role would suit someone who wants to take real ownership of the digital growth of a fashion e-commerce business rather than simply managing individual marketing tasks.
