Role Description
The E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the City of Peterborough. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and user experience to drive online sales. The manager will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels, and use web analytics to measure performance and inform strategy.

Day-to-day tasks include:

- Overseeing content creation
- Coordinating lead generation initiatives
- Monitoring customer journeys
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency
The role also involves staying current with digital trends, implementing best practices, and identifying opportunities to grow the online presence and customer base.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community engagement, and brand awareness activities.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques to attract, nurture, and convert potential customers.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize e-commerce and marketing strategies.
- Previous experience managing e-commerce platforms or online retail environments.
- Solid understanding of customer experience, conversion optimization, and basic SEO principles.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, business, digital media, or a related field is beneficial.
- Interest in or familiarity with the equestrian industry is an advantage.
