Role Description
The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Shoreditch, East London. This role is responsible for managing and optimising the online store, including product listings, merchandising, promotions, and conversion-focused user journeys. The manager will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and measurable performance. Daily tasks include monitoring web analytics, tracking key metrics, generating reports, and using insights to improve traffic, engagement, and sales. The role also involves leading online customer acquisition and retention initiatives, collaborating with creative and merchandising teams, and staying current with digital trends relevant to the Goodhood brand.

Qualifications

- Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
- Experience with Lead Generation strategies and tools to drive customer acquisition and grow the online community.
- Competence in Web Analytics, including use of platforms such as Google Analytics or similar tools to inform decisions.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or retail sectors.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, creative environment and contributing ideas to support brand growth.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
